Civilianz Online Classes Cancellation Policy

However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your online class registration and the applicable procedures for carrying forward your fees to other courses or publications.
2. Cancellation and Carry Forward Terms
2.1 Cancellation by the Student
- Notification Period: To cancel your enrollment, you must notify us at least 7 days before the start date of the online class. Notifications received less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible to carry forward the fees.
- Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@civilianz.com or call us at [Phone Number]. You will need to provide your enrollment details, including your name, registration number, and the course name.
- Carry Forward Eligibility:
- If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the start date of the class, you are eligible to carry forward the full course fee to any other available course or publication.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 3 days before the start date will allow you to carry forward 50% of the course fee.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date of the class will not be eligible to carry forward the fees.
2.2 Cancellation by Civilianz
- Insufficient Enrollment: Civilianz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any online class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled by us, you will be notified at least 5 days before the scheduled start date and will be eligible to carry forward the full course fee to any other available course or publication.
- Instructor Availability: In the rare event that an instructor becomes unavailable, we will make every effort to provide a substitute instructor. If this is not possible and the class is canceled, you will be eligible to carry forward the full course fee to any other available course or publication.
2.3 Technical Issues
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from participating in the online class, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issues. If the issues cannot be resolved, and you are unable to attend the class, you may be eligible to carry forward the full or partial course fee to another course or publication, depending on the circumstances.
3. Carry Forward Process
- Carry forward requests will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request or our cancellation notification. You will receive a confirmation email once your carry forward request has been processed.
- The carried forward amount can be used to purchase any other available course or publication from Civilianz, subject to availability.
4. Non-Transferable Items
- Materials Fee: Any fees paid for course materials or resources are non-transferable once the materials have been shipped or accessed.
- Late Fees: Any late registration fees are non-transferable.
5. Special Circumstances
- We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a valid reason for requesting a cancellation and carry forward outside the standard policy terms, please contact our support team. We will review each case on an individual basis and make a fair determination.
